Thermal-bridge-free
Compared with conventional solutions, SOJLO® door thresholds improve the linear thermal transmittance at the junction of the door opening and floor slab by approximately 0.514 W/(m·K).

The principal materials used in SOJLO® standard solutions are cellular-glass insulation and glass-fibre rods, which ensure durability and continuity of the insulation layers.
Adaptable and easy to install
SOJLO® standard solutions can be used in buildings with strip or slab foundations as well as in conventional warehouses. If required, we can create a custom solution that takes the specific features of your structure into account.
The SOJLO® M solution is designed for use at the junction of the foundation wall and ground-bearing floor at a door opening. Glass-fibre rods are used in all SOJLO® door thresholds to connect the concrete slabs on either side of the overhead door. Their low thermal conductivity provides a thermal-bridge-free connection.
The product range includes solutions for door openings 3–4 metres wide.
The SOJLO® M-T solution for slab foundations is designed for installation in an opening in an L-block foundation. Cellular-glass insulation provides the long-term compressive strength required at the threshold crossing, allowing vehicles to move smoothly between indoor and outdoor areas.
The SOJLO® M-T kit used in overhead-door openings in warehouses provides durability under frequent use.
SOJLO®’s specially shaped rubber profile prevents water, dirt, debris, leaves and snow from entering the building and helps the descending door seal form a tight joint.
